What to Expect

1. Morning Notification

Good Dog will send you a morning email and/or text notification reminding you of your service scheduled for that day.

Here is what to expect when you book with Good Dog!

2. On-the-Way Notification

Your Good Dog technician will send you a text notification (at your preferred number) with a 10-20 minute arrival window.

3. Yard Access

The Good Dog technician will be able to complete the waste removal when you are at home or away. Access to the yard needs to be made available on the day of service.

4. Dog(s) in yard during service

We LOVE dogs! There is no need to put your friendly dog(s) inside during the cleaning process.

5. Gate Security

Above all, we value your dog's safety. We ensure that all gates are properly closed during and after yard cleaning to ensure your dog does not get out. As an extra security step, we will text you a picture of the closed gate after the clean up to give you peace of mind that your dog is safe inside.

6. Waste Disposal

All dog waste is taken off your property by the technician and properly disposed according to state guidelines.
